Tampa is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tampa follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Big Wave did a wonderful job on my mother in law’s kitchen repair. They were honest, dependable, reliable, and easy to work with. I was impressed with their willingness to help my mother in law get her kitchen looking as it had prior to her leak. She would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had such an incredible experience with this company. They went out to check on an issue at our rental property and did not charge us a single thing which already says so much about their integrity. In a situation that could have easily been taken advantage of they chose honesty and transparency instead. They were prompt professional and took the time to thoroughly assess everything while clearly communicating what was actually going on. As a homeowner especially managing a rental that kind of trust is priceless. They did not try to upsell or create unnecessary panic just gave us straightforward knowledgeable guidance. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares more about helping people than making a quick dollar but this team does exactly that. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs mold inspection or remediation. Highly highly recommend.

Big Wave was such a pleasure to work with when we had to replace our floors due to water damage. They even helped us replace an old water heater and navigate the insurance part of this process! We are so grateful for their professionalism, easy communication, and their high quality work. We highly recommend Big Wave for your restoration needs!!

On our way home from vacation, we had found that a hose had burst causing water to get into our home, completely ruining our living/dining room floors and soaking most of our walls. I called Big Wave that Sunday and spoke to Paul, who had his crew out the very next morning. They worked fast and efficiently to get everything dried out before mold could grow. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance process and made me feel at ease multiple times during the whole ordeal. I was very pleased with Big Waves services!

My husband and I interviewed four companies and chose Big Wave. From the very beginning of the horrendous discovery of mold, Mike Thompson explained in detail the process and completely documented the steps that were taken. Communication was continuous and they were always on time and prepared. Every member of the team was professional and respectful of our home and our pets. Upon conclusion of the remediation, our home looked like nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend Big Wave and already have. You will be in good hands with this very professional and caring team.
